So today I had my first taste of what its like to not have anyone help me at this job... oh my. I used to say that this job was pretty easy, no stress (very little at least) now I have to do the work of two people at once. You learn the term prioritize very quickly. If the problem you have isn't urgent then too bad, you will have to wait just like everyone else. This week wont be so bad but starting Friday (several things have to be done on Friday) its going to be a stressful week for sure. Hopefully they will give some over time... well a guy can dream cant he?
Well I'm off to clean my disaster of a kitchen... I keep putting it off. Its got to be done... and no time like the present... early bird gets the worm... oh and cant forget... If you choke a Smurf what color does it turn?
Ok I'm done.
Posted by Korvon at January 30, 2006 08:01 PMHmmm, that's a tough one...I guess we would first need to know what colour Smurf blood is. As I am pretty sure there was no gore in the cartoon, I don't think we will be able to find an official reference. However, we can postulate that since humans are "pink" because out blood is red, that it stands to reason that Smurf blood would be even darker blue than their skin colour. Thus, I would venture to guess that if you choke a Smurf, he/she would turn a darker shade of blue.*
*Assuming of course that Smurf physiology reacts the same way as human physiology when choked.
type-o... out should be our.
And I forgot to include a statement about how human blood becomes darker (blue) because of the absence of oxygen in the blood. We would also need to know how Smurf blood "works" to more accurately predict what colour a Smurf would turn if you choked him/her.
Posted by: ArchAngel at January 31, 2006 04:53 AMThen how come Mr Spock wasn't light green because of his Vulcan green blood??
We all know Vulcan physiology is different. Besides, Spoke is half Human. His mother was Human.
Gotta love automatic spellcheckers...it's Spock not Spoke!
So do you like the furniture?
Posted by: Korvon at January 31, 2006 07:24 PMThe furniture is great! But to the real issue...Spock's dad wasn't half human and he wasn't green or any other Vulcan. But there was one slave girl is the first Star Trek who was green!
oh wow what a fun trekkie house it was. yes the arguements and debates that had no basis in actual life. ouch my left brain it hurts.
